Pro Skills Futsal Academy is a high-level, winter-only competitive program for selected and invited players who have demonstrated exceptional skill and dedication. Pro Skills Futsal Academy teams have established themselves as one of the most successful programs in the Northeast Region. Over the years, our teams have consistently competed — and excelled — at national, regional, and state-level tournaments.

How to Join

Players can earn a place on the academy teams through our year-round training program, where their development is monitored closely on a weekly basis, tryouts opportunities, or by direct invitation based on talent and potential. This ensures each player receives personalized evaluation and support on their path to elite futsal.

Training Focus

During the winter season, academy teams train separately with an emphasis on mastering futsal’s tactical and technical demands. Sessions focus on key concepts such as rotations, off-ball movement, maintaining defensive and attacking team shape, seamless transitions, futsal-specific techniques, formations, and tactical awareness — all aimed at preparing players for the highest level of tournaments.

PRO SKILLS PLAYER PATHWAY

Pro Skills Futsal provides proper placement for every player based on their current ability and stage of development. Players are placed in either our State Academy Teams or Regional Academy Teams to ensure the right competitive environment. State Academy players compete in high-level local tournaments while continuing their development, and outstanding performances can earn them the opportunity to move up to the Regional Academy. Regional Academy players also compete in high-level local tournaments as preparation for regional tournaments against some of the top teams and players in the region.
